[Minirugby] Mini Jamboree March 4th

Hey everybody!
 
 
Here is a quick rundown for tomorrow... 
 
If everyone could arrive tomorrow at 9am to set up fields and concession stand. At 9.30 the minis and coaches will start a warm up. When we break down into teams at 9.50 we will have Maple Ridge joining the grade 2/3 team. Lauren please look out for Cal from MR I'll be asking him to look for you. Teams, coaches, and team liaisons will be
 
K/1A- Nancy & Perry --liaison is Dan
K/1B- Shannon & Steve--liaison is Lynne
2/3-Lauren--leison is Kap
4/5- Rain-- liaison is Sue
 
The liaisons jobs entails making sure their teams have games. Most jamborees there are a lot of discrepancies in the schedule because some clubs won't have enough kids show up to make certain teams. At 9.45 go up to the club you’re suppose to play and just confirm with them that you have a team and the you will meet them at 10 on the designated field. If they happen to not have a team go to other that should also have teams in your age grade and see if they are available to play.
 
They concession stand will be run by the BLRC members. If you have any questions or concerns fell free to email me or ask any of your very helpful coaches.
