[Seniorwomen] Clubhouse Parking

Ladies and Gentlemen

We had an incident last week at the Clubhouse, where one of the Lomas 2nd
Div Women got injured and when the Ambulance came, they had no parking
available at the front of the Clubhouse.  Needless to say, they were pretty
angry at me for not clearing their allocated Emergency Parking in front of
the Clubhouse.  They were re-directed closer to the injured player but that
is not the point here.  Their allocated parking spot was full of cars and
trucks that were not supposed to be there.
We have all been guilty of parking there, from the President, to the
Director of Rugby, to the Managers (myself included) to the regular
spectator.  Sandy has had a rough time telling us to move!

Please let us all steer clear of that area clearly cross-lined in yellow.
The dredging is completed and we have a lot of parking spots available in
the Parking lot.  Let us all police each other as well as our guests and
stay away from the area, tell people politely that the area is for Emegency
Vehicles only.  For the most part, it has just been us, Club members that
have been parking there, so it should be really easy to keep people away.

If you see anyone parking there after they have been informed of it, please
tell the President, Simon or Sandy upstairs.....a tow trruck can be easily
arranged to remove unaouthorised vehicles from there.
