[Seniorwomen] Line Up

Hey All,

I thought I'd clarify the hosting so nothing is overlooked.

Abby and I have shopped all day and are within our $7/each budget. $2 is
for a beer for your opponent and $5 is for supplies for the food mentioned
below. Please plan ahead and bring as close to exact change as you can
tomorrow.

We will be bringing:
Beef Stew (not enough for 30 tho!)
Tonnes of buns
Macaroni salad
Cutlery from Costco (leftovers can be saved for future hosting or donated
to club)
Beer for other team only
Items we still require:
Plates and napkins
Fruit
Veggies
Desserts
Non-alcoholic beverages
Other dishes? Salad? chips?

At the risk of inbox influx, please "reply to all" with what you will be
bringing so we are all in the loop and nothing is missed.

 Abby and I will have a separate cooler with a little bit of beer bought
with our own money. We'll put an honour box by the cooler and our of-age
players and spectators may purchase a drink for $2.

As mentioned, tomorrow's hosting is a little more involved and pricey than
hosting a local team and, to re-enforce our Captain's sentiment, we also
need to reciprocate for last week's hospitality. I know we've received a
lot of lecturing on contributing to hosting, but some still need a reminder
of the responsibilities involved with the privilege of being a part of the
number one rugby club. In case you have forgotten, your membership

P.S. Sorry for not keeping you in the loop on this one, Cappy Anh. Better
too many cooks in the kitchen than not enough? We'll get it together next
