This is probably one of the best analogies i have ever heard.... love it!  As one who has attempted to plan many team events and functions in the past, I believe it is so true!
I wish you all so much success leading into the play-offs.  Don't forget how dangerous the underdog can be!  Remember our undefeated season two years ago when we met Capilano in the semi-finals and were handily defeated... work the process the outcome will follow.
On another note, I would like to thank you so much for the awesome baby shower you threw for Leif and I at the Velox Rugby Club last month!  We were so spoiled with lovely gifts and the food has filled our tummies and helped our little man gain almost 3 lbs since he left the hospital!!!  I know who brought most of the food but a few things weren't labelled so if I don't thank you personally, please know that we greatly appreciated it.  
Thank you ladies... I will be watching your playoff run very closely.  Appreciate game updates on game days too, haha

But it doxs makx a diffxrxncx bxcausx in ordxr for thx txam to bx xffxctivx it

minutx wx spxnd at training and in the gamxs must be usxd to prxparx oursxlvxs
BOTH mxntally and physically for xvrything Unitxd is going to throw at us. 



So thx nxxt timx you think you arx not nxxdxd, or can
afford to slack off at practicx rxmxmbxr my computxr and say to yoursxlf,
"I am a kxy pxrson on this txam and I am nxxdxd vxry much."
