Great practice last night!!  Great to see everyone putting in the effort but as Coach Walt said, we need to make the sacrifice now to get anywhere later
Thank you for the effort so far!!

Housekeeping:
• season opener next week, we need everyone registered. If     you joined us this half, please come and see me to confirm that you are properly registered/transferred
• You are required to be wearing the proper BLRC colours. Please get the proper shorts & socks, we'll bring the jerseys
• Win/win books - I can't stress enough how important it is for the Women's Program to do well on this project

Also:
The Men open their season at Caps this weekend. Let's all go in our best intimidating BLRC colours and go occupy their stand. I am told there will be some Roti available. And then there is the 'Bonding Bustrip' to the Township of Langley to visit our new friends at the Shark Club, so.......
