[Seniorwomen] Important message before tomorrows matches

The new Warm up shirts will be available for purchase before tomorrow's games against Kamloops + the soft-slappin Mermaids (I believe that's what the word Meraloma translates to). They are $35 each and look amazing. High quality blue + white dry fit material with large embroidered crest on the chest. They can be purchased from Lauren Tagg at the Women's game + Simon Smoldon at the Loma-dome. Correct me if I'm wrong here, but they are MANDATORY!

Games are at home at 11:30 and 12:45 + 2:30 at Connaught Park at 12th + Vine in Vancouver. If you're not playing, come out + support!

This Sunday the clubhouse will be open for the 101st  Grey Cup  for all those who wish to watch the Grey Cup amongst the comfort of champions. Pints = $3.75. Game starts at 3pm.

Nov 30th - Club Bowling Night. Tix $25 and can be purchased from Angus Fisher + Katie Grudzinski. Entry fee includes your shoes, lane  + a drink

Dec 5th - BLRC Annual Mickey draw - a club Christmas tradition, where you enter at least one mickey (no maximum) and a canned good for the food bank into a reverse draw for hundreds of mickeys. Every 10th name drawn win some mickeys! A great time to bond with your club mates, past+present. Draw starts at 8pm.

BOXING DAY - John Latham Memorial Over/Under Game - participate or come down to the fields and watch as the stars of today take on the stars of yesterday + tomorrow in a spirited display of rugby. Players in their 20's play out of position (props to 9, 15's to 2nd row) and all members are welcome, male or female. Here is a link to a video made of the 2011 game.
