Also ladies and gentlemen. If those same people are looking to find a job in a union. Bashing tin all day and getting to into the construction trades I am looking for an apprentice.
The perks of this job are of course having me ride their ass all day yelling and screaming. They will learn the how to's and what not's a lot quicker then any other trade job. Because if they don't I will have to fire them. Open to both men and women. I am not sexiest I don't care whether it's man or woman carrying my tools or doing some dirty work. But in all seriousness I am very good at my job and my apprentices usually become the best in my company. No benefits for the first three months. Then full medical 95% dental on most things, Pension plan, 75% not taxed loss of work coverage in case of major injury or illness, $2000 a year towards physio and chiropractic. The first three months the wage is about $15 an hour. It jumps to almost $18 an hour after three month probation.
