pool for the first half of the tournament, then a break followed by knock out

robin portion, the winning team is responsible for reporting the winning side
and the margin of victory (to be used in case of a tie) to Jamie London,
Tournament Director.</span></b></p>

personal rules (if a jack is cut anytime in the game, it counts).</span></b></p>

rounds of the knock out stage will be single game competition, with the
championship final consisting of best 2 out of 3 games.</span></b></p>
