Practice resume their normal times and locations this week as the weather is cooperating and gameplay starts up again.
This weeks pratices will be held on Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30 pm. They will take place on the practice field under the lights. We are back to normal as far as practices go and this will be the schedule for the remainder of the season.
Saturday January 29th is the first day on the second half of the season. The Premier and first divisions will be facing UBC in our inaugural CDI BC Premier League game. Come on out to see some excellent competition. Both these games are slated to be played at the Burnaby Lake fields.
The 3A’s will be at home playing agains the Rowing club while the newly formed 3B’s will be playing the Brit Lions away.
The Premier Women will restart their season the following weekend.
Also on Saturday is the Burnaby Lake Blue and White Prize night. There is $1000 dollar reverse draw that will be ongoing throughout the night with other cash prizes being awarded periodically. There will also be poker tables, blackjack tables, and other game to entertain you. Get your tickets from Jeff Robinson this week for the first BLRC event of the year.
