Aside from the large BLRC volunteer presence at the National Championships the club was well represented on the playing side of things.
Congratulations to BLRC members Walt Brandl,head coach, and players Kary Steele, Anna Schnell, Emma Hadfield, Dawn Williams and Sabrina Neufeld on winning the Gold Medal with the senior women’s BC team at the National Championships.
Congratulations also to BLRC members John Bradley,team manager, and players Rain de Guzman, Sam Turnau, Reid Kirkham, Cody Berg and Alex Brown who were part of the BC U21 team who won the Bronze Medal at the same championships.
Congratulations to BLRC member Jessica Dovanne who captained the BC U19 girls team and won a silver medal at the National Championships.
