Hello BLRC Family,
On Saturday, March 3rd, 2012, our very own Under 16 Men will be playing an exhibition match against touring side Calgary Irish (officially Calgary Canadian Irish Athletic Club – CCIAC). Kick-off is set for 1:30 PM at Burnaby Lake.
For those of you who may not be aware, our very own Kris de Scossa is the former Head Coach of CCIAC for the 2006 and 2007 seasons. He went on tour as the coach of the Juniors during his tenure. This ultimately marks CCIAC’s second trip to Burnaby.
Our boys have been showing well recently starting off their spring season with 2 very convincing wins with no points against. Captain Paolo Dube will look for top efforts yet again by Taitusi Vikilani, James Gardiner, Jared Gilding, Dustin Brydges, Aaron Erlendson, Freddie Young, and Matthew Yurechko.
