Required, Development Coach — Coach to players, coach’s and other associated persons of Burnaby Rugby Club, introduce and maintain high performance programs for 7 & 15 a side rugby, oversee community & youth programs and implement a structured development program
Qualification & experience — Level 3 Coaching award, experience in coaching teams, players & coach’s to a recognised high performance level preferably to international &or professional levels, experience in designing & implementing a structured development program
